Yesterday I blogged about my motorscooter ride to work as a metaphor for my life's journey.

Today I thought about riding my scooter to work again, then decided it was just too hot for it.

Hope this doesn't indicate anything about where my life's journey might be leading ...

A motorscooter....what fun!I've ridden with my brother on his Harley a few times so kinda know what it must be like. It's interesting that one notices things on a bike or scooter that one would never notice in a car. Easier to be more in the moment. That's a good thing. (Even if it's a white knuckle moment!)

Yes, definitely easier to be more in the moment. That's what I love about motorscooters and bicycles. When the wild rose are in bloom, it's as if you are swimming in the aroma. Etc. And when you want to take a closer look at something, it's easier to stop. I have always experienced God in nature and so, odd as it might sound, motorscootering can be a religious experience for me--and fortunately, there were really only a couple of brief white knuckle moments.
